Glass Coffin Club is a Louisville, Kentucky-based Deathrock / Dark 80s worship band formed in summer 2025 by multi-instrumentalist Tyler Miller (Wh1te0ut) and vocalist Kasper Black. Born from Kasper’s grief following the untimely passing of his best friend Ripley Puccetti, the project channels Rozz Williams-era Christian Death alongside influences like Rudimentary Peni, Cemetery, and TSOL while incorporating elements of industrial, metal, and anarcho punk. Lyrical themes explore grief, existential dread, addiction, and mental illness with a mission to contribute to the history of the music they love passionately.
Glass Coffin Club Join Morella Records Family
“Glass Coffin Club is exactly the kind of band Morella Records exists to support,” says Blake Carpenter, founder of Morella Records. “They’re raw, experimental, prolific as hell, and completely dedicated to the craft. They’re not chasing trends—they’re making legitimately filthy deathrock that draws from Rozz Williams, early TSOL, and Rudimentary Peni while injecting metal and hardcore influences. This is the real deal.”
“We’re thrilled to join Morella Records,” says Glass Coffin Club. “Blake understands what we’re doing and shares our vision for keeping deathrock vital and dangerous. This partnership lets us focus on the music while reaching the audience that needs to hear it.”

GLASS COFFIN CLUB – BIO
Glass Coffin Club is a Deathrock / Dark 80s worship band that formed in Louisville, Kentucky in the summer of 2025 through a collaboration between long time friends multi-instrumentalist Tyler Miller (Wh1te0ut) and Kasper Black.
Initially the project served as an outlet for Kasper’s grief following the untimely passing of his best friend Ripley Puccetti who Kasper had spent years bonding over dark 80s music with and Ripley remains the center of inspiration for all of the group’s output.
The core sonic inspiration for Glass Coffin Club is undeniably Rozz Williams era Christian Death but some other major influences would include Rudimentary Peni, Cemetery, Cinema Strange, TSOL, Skinny Puppy, Amebix, Part 1, Slimy Member, The Chameleons, The Cure, 45 Grave and too many others to name.
Exclusively a recording project up until recently (GCC is currently rehearsing for live performances in the future with close friends of the band filling in on the rest of the positions) Tyler has handled all guitar work, drum programming, and production with Kasper doing all Vocals, Lyrics, and also co-writing bass on many tracks.
The group has had a very prolific start, self producing multiple releases and attempting to push the boundaries of what can be done within the deathrock genre experimenting with adding elements of industrial, metal, and anarcho punk while still staying dedicated and true to the genre’s roots.
Lyrical themes often deal with grief, acceptance, existential dread, spiritual uncertainty, addiction, mental illness, the human condition, and a strong stance for the betterment of humanity. GCC’s mission is to contribute to the history of the music that they love passionately.
